Powers:

Arcane Sight: The world of Azeroth is full of magic, and so it is important for members of the Blue Dragonflight to be able to sense it. Blue Dragonsworn are gifted with the power to see and feel the threads of magic around them, allowing them to harness their power and disturb (or control) its flow. As characters brought into this world were not born of this world, this ability has varying degrees of success. It is, however, very useful in tracking the use of magic born of Azeroth.

Arcane Torrent: Those very same threads of magic can be gathered into a tight pocket and then be released to disturb spellcasting by others. Arcane torrent will restore a magic user's energy for a brief moment in time as well.

Dragonbreath: Raised in the frigid winds of Northrend, blue dragons reserve dominion over the school of ice. Members sworn into the Blue Dragonflight will gain the power to manipulate ice in the form of projectile attacks. It can also be used to freeze objects for a period of time.
